
About the workshop
The Myeloma and Cell Therapy Workshop (MCTW) is a two-day international meeting focused on hematological malignancies, with an emphasis on multiple myeloma immunotherapy, immunomonitoring, and cell therapies. We foster multidisciplinary collaborations, bringing together researchers, clinicians, and bioinformaticians to discuss their work and push the frontiers of current knowledge. Poster Session and Abstract Submission
This year’s MCTW will include a poster session offering participants the opportunity to present their research findings. All abstracts must be uploaded directly within the registration form during the registration process. Abstracts that comply with the formal requirements and meet the scientific evaluation criteria will be accepted for the poster session. All posters must be displayed onsite in printed form during the conference.
Poster competition & spotlight presentations
All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by a scientific committee. Based on the scientific merit and originality, the top five abstracts will be highlighted during the workshop as part of a Poster Spotlight session showcasing high-impact research.Each selected presenter will give a 5-minute oral overview of their work. From these five finalists, three winners will be awarded:
- 1st prize: €500
- 2nd prize: €300
- 3rd prize: €200
Additionally, all displayed posters (including those not selected for oral presentation) will be eligible for the Audience Choice Award, voted for onsite by all conference participants.
Poster requirements
- Format: portrait, approx. 120 × 90 cm (height × width)
- Language: English
- Topic: Hematological malignancies and cell-based therapies (basic, applied, translational research, or clinical report/study)
- Printed posters must be brought to the venue by participants (pins or magnets will be provided)
- There is no character limit for the poster text
- There is no restriction on the number of figures
